1. Buying and Downloading Is Easy and Quick:
Each week we add six new episodes of the Smoking Seduction video series that you can download and play on your computer, save to a portable hard drive and replay on your DVD player, on many new TV's and other devices like phones, PS3.
Look each week - select episodes to buy - download and keep your favourite episodes. Look for the "Next" and "Previous" links at the top of each poster page. Click refresh or reload on your web browser to force it to get the latest update for a page. Each episode is five to ten minutes run time and features one to four very special women smokers. Smoking at Model House Show section is usually a solo feature model per video.
To select episodes to buy, click the "Add to Cart" button and either scroll down the order form window to reveal the PayPal link or close the order form window and continue browsing - when you have finished browsing click the "View Cart" button and scroll down to select the PayPal link at the bottom (it may take a few minutes connecting to PayPal).
NB: If the shopping cart does not function correctly, check your browser preferences are set to Accept ALL "Cookies" and Java is turned on and restart your computer (fixes most problems). Be sure no other application is running while ordering or downloading and do not browse other sites or you may interrupt your ordering and download.
If you do not see the PayPal button at the bottom of your order form after you scroll down the order form window (not the main browser window), then shrink your window sizes down - you may have enlarged text distorting the order form.
Refer to your PayPal account to check your order and payment status. Keep a record of your PayPal account to be able to access it whenever you need to check the status of your order.
Your payment is made to our parent company: Social Impact Media Pty Ltd and this is all that will appear on your statement.
Alternative payment methods, such as Money Orders or Postal Notes available over the counter from most Post Offices. Contact us for help with these purchase options.
To download your video(s), you will receive an email, sent to the address you use for your PayPal account. If you do not receive a link within 48 hours, simply email us at the address shown on our "Contact Us" page and we will manually send your video link. Do not wait too long to contact us, as video episodes are rotated off the server each week.
Download attempts repeatedly fail? Be sure to restart your computer before downloading and don't have any other programs running while downloading (especially printing, p2p or gaming software).
* Do NOT close the download link window or open another browser window or tab until the download is complete.
* Download one video at a time and do not browse anything else while downloading your video.
* Don't play a video while downloading.
* Download to your internal hard drive, not an external drive (which may be slower).
* Check with your Internet Service Provider and ask the best time of day to download big video files.
If you encounter a problem: simply contact us and please be patient. If you do not receive a reply when you contact us, please verify the return address in your email and resubmit your enquiry. Try sending your enquiry from a free web mail service such as G-Mail and check it regularly for our reply.
Please do NOT attempt to reverse orders or charge back purchases by contacting PayPal or your bank. This will delay settlement while we respond to that and may result in additional fees and charges that we will need to recover from you. Simply ask us first and allow us time to fix your problem.
2. Downloading and Video Playback - Quick Fix Tips:
Our download videos are in Divx format which should play in your computer’s default media player but, in some cases, you may need to install the free Divx player from Divx.com first, which will also automatically update all other media players on your computer to play our videos (if you prefer to keep using your default media player).
Download Video Tips:
* always restart your computer before you attempt video downloads (these are big files)
* do not close the window/tab with the download link until the download is complete
* do not open another browser window/tab or browse other web sites while downloading
* download just one video file at a time (and don't watch other video sites either)
* don't surf around other web sites or play videos while downloading.
* don't have any other applications running, especially games, gaming or p2p software or browsing other video sites.
* download to your internal hard drive NOT to an external hard drive or other external device.
* do NOT use third party, "download managers", these programs can't help and may make downloading worse for you.
* wait until you have finished downloading to start playing your videos.
* if you experience repeated problems, try at a quieter time of day or ask your ISP for help.
The quality of pictures you see depends most on the quality of your device and monitor:
* Be sure you have the right viewing aspect ratio selected (wide screen or square screen).
* Check your computer monitor is set to the highest resolution and number of colours possible.
* Reduce the player window size if video playback stalls or ends abruptly before the conclusion of the video.
NB: Some browsers are set to "streaming video" by default and if so, when you start to download the next video, the previous video is erased. Be sure your web browser download preferences are set to "ask every time" what to do with video files and take note of the place on your hard drive the file is saved - or you may never find it again.
3. Using and Sharing Our Pictures and Videos.
Can I share a few clips from the show on another forum or social network site?
Please don't! Let's be honest, doing this is NOT a tribute to your favourites and it does NOT help us promote the show, it just makes it harder for us and others to fund making more for you to see in the future.
Posting our videos to other forums allows criminals to collect them, disguise the true producers and profit themselves, tricking people into scam web sites and preventing us from recovering the cost of making this for you. And if caught, they can blame you as the person who gave it to them.

4. How to Get Help and Contact Details:
You are welcome to ask questions and comment anytime. Just click on the word Contact Us on the main left side index of this website or sign up and post a comment to our Smoking Culture Google Group (private posts are screened out and won't be published but we will get your message) or write to us at the postal contact details supplied below.
Please remember email is not perfect or a secure media and your message may not reach us, our reply may not reach you and your message may be seen by others. We reply to your e-mail personally within 48 hours. If you do not get a reply, please check your e-mail settings, check your email folders for misplaced replies and check your "reply to" address in the header of your email messages and resubmit your enquiry.
If repeated attempts fail to get a reply, try opening a free web mail account such as “g-mail” and send your enquiry from that service to the addresses shown on our Contact Us page. Please watch your inbox for our reply.

Please provide your correspondence in English language (if possible). Always include your full reply mail address (including country), your telephone number and indicate if this is a fixed line or mobile/cell phone and provide your email address. Please print critical information like your reply address and phone number twice - to be sure we can reply to you. The Post Office asks that you allow up to two weeks for mail to be delivered. If after this time you have not received your expected mail, please enquire at your Post Office and contact us again.
